Construction Consultant Residential and Commercial

As a construction consultant I want to help my clients oversee and assess building costs and contracts for construction projects. Things I will be assisting with include:

• Providing other general technical and business assistance
• Working with contractors to decide and implement the building design
• Noting any environmental issues at the site
• Ensuring worker safety

I have over 25 years experience building custom homes and working all of the equipment needed for such a task, so I know how things need to be done. I also will help coordinate efforts between different contractors to ensure everyone is always on the same page.
